The German Innovation Institute for Sustainability and Digitalisation (DIIND), under the patronage of Brigitte Zypries (former Federal Minister for Economic Affairs), awarded AixpertSoft GmbH the seal in 2023 after a two-stage review process Employer of the future awarded. Now followed an extension of the award for another year.

For around 30 years, AixpertSoft has been a producer of high-tech software „Made in Germany“ with its expertise, and is therefore a proud representative of the German Mittelstand. Digitisation and sustainability are key themes that have accompanied us from the very beginning and continue to do so today – not just as a manufacturer but above all as an employer. We are therefore delighted to have received the corresponding seal of approval and its attributes „digital, innovative, modern“.
