AixpertSoft GmbH was established as a spin-off from the development department of ComConsult Kommunikationstechnik GmbH (now agineo GmbH) as a wholly-owned subsidiary. From 1989 onwards, the development teams created the predecessor product, CCM (ComConsult Communication Manager).
Between 2000 and 2001, the design study and architecture were completed; in 2002, initial tests and deployments with major clients were carried out; in 2003, the software achieved market readiness.
