2026 Outlook
2026 marks a special year for AixpertSoft. Not only do we look back on 20 years of company history, but we are also simultaneously starting a new phase of our development.
On 23.02.2026, we will celebrate our 20th company anniversary. Originally founded as a subsidiary of ComConsult Kommunikationstechnik GmbH in Aachen, we are now entering the third decade of our company history. The focus is on independence, EU data sovereignty, and IT sustainability in the data centre as a central core theme. In this context, we have consistently parted ways with all partners.
In the first quarter of 2026, we will complete the research project ESN4NW and develop a software module on the topic of data centres as energy hubs of the future, with a particular focus on the sector coupling of data centres and energy systems. In parallel, we will join BITKOM with a focus on data centres.
In the second quarter, we will present research findings from ESN4NW at Hannover Messe 2026. Furthermore, based on an extended audit procedure, we are aiming for ISO 50001 certification for AixBOMS and the completion of ISO 27001 certification for AixpertSoft. Simultaneously, we are increasingly shifting publications, product news, and expert content to social media to convey information in a contemporary manner.
The third quarter is dominated by our anniversary year. On 04/09/2026, we are hosting a gala event for 20 years of AixpertSoft. In addition, we are launching a new lecture series on sector coupling of data centres and energy systems, as well as relevant KPIs and sustainability potential. Furthermore, we are expanding our Berlin branch with new staff and launching our new website.
In the fourth quarter, various specialist conferences and congresses will follow. In addition, we will present initial results as well as the reorganisation of our AixBOMS AI Initiative, including a training programme, service portfolio, and further sustainability commitment.
We are looking forward to this year and to the journey ahead with our customers and our team.
