A special, combinable data object called „Sensor“ was developed for the integration and evaluation of measured values. This object facilitates access to sensors, measuring points, or consoles, and provides the query frequency, value normalisation (unit, decimal places), and value processing (values, expressions). This ensures reliable real-time monitoring and the analysis of large volumes of data.
Real-time monitoring via the digital twin in AixBOMS enables precise recording and analysis of energy flows in real time. This allows inefficient processes to be identified early and optimised effectively. Simulation-based scenarios can be used to assess potential savings before changes are implemented in the real environment. In this way, the digital twin supports companies in sustainably increasing their energy efficiency and optimally utilising resources.
Our AixBOMS module „Monitoring Sensor“ has been successfully audited by the BAFA and is officially listed as eligible energy management software. This means our software meets all the requirements to enable funding from the BAFA within the scope of Module 3 „MSR, Sensor Technology and Energy Management Software“.
The dashboards in AixBOMS allow for individual compilation and evaluation of relevant energy KPIs. With up to 60 different graphical chart types, data can be clearly visualised and complex relationships presented comprehensibly. The results can be documented and reported in an auditable manner, thus meeting the requirements of DIN EN ISO 50001.
