AixpertSoft Christmas Greetings 2024
Dear Sir or Madam,
Another year draws to a close, and we’d like to take this opportunity to look back on 2024 and celebrate all that we’ve achieved together.
Our thanks go first and foremost to our employees and their outstanding work. Through their focused collaboration and continuous development, we have been able to further improve the quality of our AixBOMS software, support our customers with their problems, and have many enriching conversations at interesting events.
In the second instance, our thanks go to you – dear customers and partners, friends and family of AixpertSoft. In the spirit of our sustainability strategy we care – we reduce – we share We have decided again this year to refrain from personal Christmas gifts or cards for you. Instead, we would like to take this opportunity to thank you and wish you a peaceful Christmas season.

What happened in each department?
Customer Support
Our support department has this year more than 280 tickets successfully processed, over 55 Bugs fixed and 5 Software Updates for AixBOMS. The team has once again demonstrated how important rapid assistance and reliable service are to our customers.
Team Template Creation
Another highlight was the incredible performance by Daniel V. and his team, who over 300 new templates (product templates) that we have created and made available to our customers.
Development Department
There were also exciting advances in the development department:
„Highlights include the development of a new power analysis editor, a feature that allows you to see in our RackView editor whether a cable is correctly connected, as well as the visualisation of logical connections.“, reports our Development Manager Michael F.
Over the course of the year, a total of 44 new features developed and implemented in AixBOMS. Additionally, we have 2 new team members Welcomes: a new developer and a new trainee.
Sales department
Our sales department was also very active. We have attended 4 fairs participated in the DACH region and had many exciting discussions. In total, we have approximately 30,000 kilometres travelled to visit our customers on-site – naturally with green electricity, which our newly installed e-car charging station supplies.
And what else happened in 2024?
One highlight for us as a company was our annual Company outing, which led to La-Roche-en-Ardennen this year. Two days in Belgian nature, canoeing and feasting, offered a great opportunity to strengthen team spirit and recharge batteries.
The participation that has since become a firm tradition in Aachen Company Run created a great atmosphere. Initiated by employees and supported by management, more than half of the workforce ran for a good cause in summer temperatures on Pascalstraße.
Furthermore, we are proud that in 2024 we will be 4 important awards to have received
- For the third time in a row, AixpertSoft has been awarded the „Employer of the future“Excellent.
- AixBOMS was named by Weka Medien-Verlag as a „Product of the Year“nominated.
- We have received the „Fairness-First“- Seals received.
- The title FOCUS BUSINESS Innovations Champion went to us again.
What are we planning for 2025?
We've had an exciting year, and we're looking forward with great anticipation to the thrilling projects that await us in the coming year.

- Closing the gap between our Power Tool Navigator and the Web Client Verios
- Implementation of the latest technologies
- Development of further exciting features that are in the pipeline
- Expanding our teams at the Aachen and Berlin locations.
