Aixpertsoft is celebrating ten years of joint commitment to the Oxfam network „Entrepreneurs for Entrepreneurs“.

As part of the Oxfam initiative, we support people from over 80 countries in using their entrepreneurial talent to sustainably create better living conditions for themselves and their communities.

Through our collaboration with Oxfam, numerous initiatives and projects have been launched and successfully implemented, offering people in economically disadvantaged countries sustainable opportunities and prospects.

One example is the long-standing collaboration with the South African organisation Women on Farms Project (WoFP), to improve the working and living conditions of female vineyard workers. By, among other things, establishing vegetable gardens, the yields of which they can use and also market, the women are creating an additional source of income and can better provide for their families.

Oxfam's partner made a strong case to the South African government for a ban on highly toxic pesticides, which are no longer permitted in the EU, and which were often sprayed on farms without protection for the workers. The effort paid off: some of these pesticides are now legally banned!

We are pleased to continue supporting these positive developments as part of „Entrepreneurs for Entrepreneurs“.
