The topic of sustainability has been in focus for us for a long time. Accordingly, we are involved in several research projects for more environmentally friendly data centers. The everyday use of AixBOMS also enables and simplifies sustainable operation in the entire IT area.

We are looking for our sales department in Aachen with immediate effect for a

Sales Representative:in Office Sales Full Time (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Maintenance of customer master data and customer support (office work)
• Preparation and execution of product presentations (online)
• Creation of demonstration scenarios, maintenance of article and product libraries
• Quotation preparation as well as follow-up
• Customer profiling and existing customer support
• Planning and organization of sales events

Your profile:

• Completed vocational training (e.g. IT specialist, IT systems clerk or comparable)
• Very good knowledge of German and good to very good knowledge of English, both written and spoken
• Confident use of standard office software and basic knowledge of information technology (IT)
• Driving license class B as well as basic willingness to travel for individual cases
• Communication and teamwork skills and the ability to inspire others

What to expect:

• Research, create, and maintain product manuals for print and online help.
• Collaborate with Development, Support/Hotline to gather information.
• Contribution to internal documentation and quality assurance
• Further development of the documentation and process landscape with quality management
• Support "Technical Writing" for Sales, Marketing and PR

Your profile:

• Degree in Technical Editing (or comparable education and training)
• Demonstrated technical understanding, strong verbal and teaching skills.
• Excellent knowledge of German and English
• Very good MS Office skills, ideally familiar with Adobe FrameMaker

• Independent and systematic way of working

Application Developer:in Software full time (m/f/d)

What to expect:

• Collaboration in software projects for new development, troubleshooting and maintenance
• A wide range of different activities such as programming, testing, acceptance, documentation

Your profile:

• At least completed vocational training (IT specialist or comparable)
• Professional experience desirable
• Ability to work in a team and independently in a structured manner
• Experience with Windows client and Windows server operating systems, MS Office, LINUX, graphics programs
• Databases: Oracle 12, Oracle 18 knowledge desirable
• Eclipse IDE and Rich Client Platform, Java knowledge desirable
• Experience with application servers such as JBoss and Wildfly
