This is particularly true for the operation of complex IT infrastructures.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The aim of implementing ITIL is therefore to bring order to the complexity of service operations and to coordinate operational processes in such a way that the implemented processes can interlock. The processes required by ITIL are analysed, tailored to individual needs, and introduced step-by-step.
