Zu nennen sind die Hauptbereiche Configuration- und Change-Management mit den dort aufgezeigten Beziehungen zu den umgebenden Service- und Supportprozessen.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Eine Kernproblematik ergibt sich jedoch aus der Fragestellung \u201eWas ist eine ITIL-konforme CMDB?\u201c. Weder der defacto-Standard selbst, noch einschl\u00e4gige Produkt-Zertifizierungen liefern hier eine befriedigende Antwort (viel Prozess, wenig Kundensorgen).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>So ist man heute sicherlich froh, einheitliche Begrifflichkeiten und (Prozess-) Standards gefunden zu haben; die Erfahrung zeigt jedoch, dass der Schuh oft an anderer Stelle dr\u00fcckt.<br \/>\nOder: Was n\u00fctzt ein ITIL-konformer Umzug eines Servers in ein neues Rechenzentrum, wenn weder der Basisinfrastrukturbedarf (wie Stellfl\u00e4che, Klimatisierung oder Power Consumption) oder aber Anschlussvoraussetzungen (wie Trassenbelegung, Netzwerkanschl\u00fcsse oder Adressierung) in der CMDB \u00fcberpr\u00fcft werden k\u00f6nnen?<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Es steht au\u00dfer Frage: ITIL-Vorgaben m\u00fcssen produktseitig erf\u00fcllt werden.
