Das bedeutet zum einen, dass sie eine Reihe von Funktionen und Ansichten f\u00fcr die heutigen Anforderungen in den wichtigsten Teildisziplinen \u00fcber ihre separat einsetzbaren Module mit sich bringt. Der ganzheitliche Ansatz bedeutet aber auch, dass wir die vielf\u00e4ltigen Beziehungen, die es innerhalb &#8211; und besonders auch zwischen den &#8211; Disziplinen gibt, sehr ernst nehmen und \u00fcbergreifende Ansichten, Analysen, Regeln und Operationen unterst\u00fctzen. Nat\u00fcrlich steht dabei die Arbeitserleichterung der Benutzer im Vordergrund. Dabei werden zwei Nebeneffekte oftmals untersch\u00e4tzt, n\u00e4mlich die gesicherte und die optimierte Ausf\u00fchrung von Prozessen. In der Regel wird das Prozessdesign von Experten vorgenommen, die die erforderlichen Vereinbarungen genau kennen und gewissenhaft pr\u00fcfen. Au\u00dferdem gibt es bei AixBOMS eine Reihe von n\u00fctzlichen Mechanismen, wie die im Datenmodell verankerten Plausibilit\u00e4tsregeln aber auch mehrere Optionen und Kontrollfunktionen zur Ausf\u00fchrungszeit. Der w\u00e4hlbare Ausf\u00fchrungszeitpunkt ist ebenfalls ein gro\u00dfer Vorteil gegen\u00fcber einer manuellen Abarbeitung, weil man diesen f\u00fcr performancekritische Aktionen in eine Zeit legen kann, in der der AixBOMS-Server wenig ausgelastet ist.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Die Prozessdefinition kann mit unserem<a href=\"\/en\/frequently-asked-questions\/der-aixboms-workflow-designer\/\"> Workflow Designer<\/a> vorgenommen werden. Er kennt elementare Ausf\u00fchrungen und Bedingungen, die zur Laufzeit die Abarbeitung beeinflussen. Dazu geh\u00f6ren Events, aktuelle Dateninhalte und bereits terminierte Unterprozesse. Die Definitionen werden in der AixBOMS Datenbank gespeichert und k\u00f6nnen jederzeit erneut ausgef\u00fchrt oder als Vorlage f\u00fcr neue Prozesse verwendet werden. Die Interpretation und Ausf\u00fchrungssteuerung der Prozesse \u00fcbernimmt die <strong>AixBOMS Workflow Engine<\/strong>. Er macht Vorgaben sowohl zum Design wie auch zur Ausf\u00fchrungssteuerung von Prozessen.
