The development of AixBOMS began as a cable documentation system at a time when DCIM was not yet a topic. Gradually, it has evolved into software for infrastructure management in service-oriented network and data centre operations.<\/p>\n

When managing power and climate infrastructure, you can benefit from these tried and tested views and methods. The underlying data model allows for the documentation of relationships between data and objects from different contexts. These are also understood and intelligently evaluated by the existing graphic editors and analysis tools. You also benefit from the ability to link your power and climate data with information from other management areas, and thus, for example, to take the necessary measures to rectify faults and weaknesses after an impact analysis. This can also be supplemented with monitoring information and thus become a powerful tool for your event management.<\/p>\n

The planning mode in RackView, Area Plan and Floor Plan for cabling, cabinet and room management can graphically make changes to the climate and power infrastructure.
