AixBOMS is a software that has been developed and is continuously optimised for the planning and efficient operation of IT infrastructures. Its scalability supports both cost-optimised adaptation to the respective customer environment and simple expansions as the number of managed systems increases and the management scope extends to other disciplines. Thus, the use of AixBOMS is just as beneficial for providers of housing and hosting solutions as it is for companies that want to manage their internal IT systems and automate their operation.<\/p>\n

The broad range of applications offers support in related disciplines such as Cable and Connectivity Management, from which Internet Service Providers also benefit. Together with our BSM modules, the representation and monitoring of service structures are precisely tailored to this target group. The workflow and analysis functions offer efficient support in the deployment and customer-specific billing of services, taking into account the relevant contract data \/ SLAs (Service Level Agreements).<\/p>\n

Data centre operators value AixBOMS's key features such as the RackView, Floor Plan, and Area Plan editors not only for their early-stage planning but also for automation during daily patching and cross-connecting tasks. The DCIM (Data Centre Infrastructure Management) diagnostic tools quickly identify room and supply bottlenecks in climate and power supply. Many companies are also interested in our current extensions to the Networking Application, which support them in the introduction of IPv6 and, if necessary, dual IPv4\/IPv6 operation.<\/p>\n
